Neighbourhood residents celebrate two festivals each year: the first one is on May 15, which is Día de San Isidro. Festivities take place at Calle de la Sierra de Contraviesa.

The second festival is Fiesta del Barrio Entrevías, and this takes place around the last week of June and the first week of July. The location for these celebrations is Parque de los Arbolitos, next to the Auditorium.

What to see in the neighbourhood of Entrevías in Madrid

One of the best sights to visit in the neighbourhood is its large forest park, and Entrevías actually has had one of the largest parks in Madrid ever since the 1970s.

But there are more parks, like the one the locals call Parque de Paseo. It was built in the late twentieth and early twenty-first century, and officially it goes by the name of Parque del Soto de Entrevías.

This last park has two lakes, several properly labelled plant species and also rocks. You can enjoy magnificent views from the top of the mountain in this park, which is in Parque del Soto as well.
